A Midsummer Night Temple – Warm Nights & Shameless Hearts
The temple in the heart of summer. A warm and wild midsummer night where joy, pleasure and celebration are lived in both their light and their dark. A space to lose yourself, to be seen without shame, to let the heat rise.
Once a month the doors of Sint-Laurentiuskerk open. Candlelight fills the nave. Music moves through ancient stone. And a community of warm, awake, deeply alive human beings gathers for one reason only.

This Midsummer Night Temple is an evening built entirely around joy, pleasure and the sacred art of celebration. So alive, so warm, so genuinely unlike anything else that people come back month after month and still find something new waiting for them.

THE EVENING
The evening begins at the threshold. Smoke on your skin. Before a single word is spoken the music has already found you and your body has already begun to open.
Music fills the church as people arrive. The body coming home to itself.
We gather. We land. We see each other. You will be witnessed, celebrated, received. This community holds each person with such warmth that something in the chest opens wide. That opening is joy. Real joy. The kind that lives in the body.
