It has definitively been a before and an after Yoga Today for me. And today, after more than four years since I joined, it is a unmissable date in my life. Perfectly ingrained in my routine. Ehud’s Yin & Yang, Barbara’s stretch, rol & release, Isolde’s Yin, Ineke’s Nidra. Each with its own flavour. All with the same exceptional care. The same precision in the skills, incredible authenticity, remarkable personal attention and truly love for yoga. This in a mind blowing and warm welcoming space. Today I am truly able to connect with my body and have a great mental and physical balance. Just a thank you to you Isolde and Herman is not enough. I am in full, deep gratitude.
